The Cill Rialaig Art Centre is now offering an internship to a recent catering school graduate or a talented young ‘foodie’ with some experience in the kitchen to work alongside chef Paul for the month of August where he or she will be preparing cuisine for the locals, the many tourists that come through to admire the art, as well as rubbing shoulders with celebrities, major visiting international artists and leading Irish artists who frequent the Café from the nearby artist retreat.
