GAA supporters may like to know there’s a very good portrait by artist Anastasia Healy O’Donoghue on offer presently from Cill Rialaig Arts Centre at a very attractive price.
The artist having had a residency at the remote Bolus Head retreat donated the painting to the oft times stressed project which still operates a rent free Residency Programme and has brought over 4000 artists from all over Ireland and the world on an all year round basis to this marginalised but beautiful area.

Opportunity for arts graduate or young emerging artist to intern short term 2-4 weeks at the Cill Rialaig Arts Centre in Ballinskelligs Co Kerry where you learn arts administration, curation, preparation for exhibitions (eg. mounting and frame making, printmaking, design skills, hanging exhibition, managing children’s workshops and special operation of cafe for arts centres…)
And all beside the sea on the Skellig Ring nominated by Lonely Planet as No. 10 World Destination for 2017.
Free accommodation.
‘Wheels an advantage’ but not essential and a smile and positive attitude welcomed.
